Krissy Lawson is a top-producing mortgage professional and Sales Manager with AnnieMac Home Mortgage, bringing more than 11 years of lending experience and a reputation as “the lender who gets it done.” Based in Charleston, South Carolina, she serves clients and real estate partners throughout the Carolinas, including Charlotte and Lake Norman, where she has maintained deep professional relationships throughout her career.
Known for her strategic thinking, proactive communication, and ability to deliver results, Krissy believes exceptional mortgage lending requires more than simply originating loans. It means anticipating challenges, developing creative solutions, and providing a seamless experience from pre-approval to closing. Her extensive background includes conventional, jumbo and luxury financing, first-time homebuyer programs, condominiums, renovation loans, bridge financing, and alternative-income solutions.

She is particularly excited about leveraging AnnieMac’s innovative lending solutions and expanded financing capabilities to create opportunities for buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals.
Originally from Lake Norman, North Carolina, Krissy has called Charleston home since 2019. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Before entering the mortgage industry in 2015, she worked in orthopedic medical device sales with Johnson & Johnson, an experience that helped shape her analytical approach, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional service.
Outside of work, Krissy enjoys spending time with family, boating, traveling, live music, and the occasional adrenaline-filled adventure.
